Sports attorney and former NFL player-agent advising clients and matters involving sports tech; data rights, governance, privacy and protection; right to publicity/name, image and likeness (NIL); the NCAA; the NFL and their Players’ Association (NFLPA); European football players and clubs; mediation/arbitration hearings; and gambling enterprises. 

 

Michael currently serves as Of Counsel and Chair of the Sports Group at Boston-based Vartanian Law Firm, President and Co-Founder of ELIAS Americas LLC, a boutique legal advisory and consulting group providing services in the areas of data rights, governance and protection, cyber security, litigation, digital assets, non-fungible assets (NFAs), and blockchain solutions. 

 

Michael sits on the Advisory Board of London-based ELIAS Partnership LP, and is a Member of Palo Alto, CA-based data privacy and protection company, IPrivata LLC.
